A total prize purse of $800 was split between two awards- the jury award and the audience choice award. The Jury award went to Andrea Listenberger's "In Memoriam" in which two friends come together to cope with the death of one friend's wife. The Audience Choice Award went to Kate Chaplin's "First They Came For..." in which one man struggles for standing up for what is right and saving himself set against the backdrop of a not-so-distant future where a nondescript regime can make any citizen disappear.
